The Schroth bolt-in kit for 2" or 3" webbing is designed in such a way that it can be bent with pliers to a specific angle to achieve a perfect harness installation. The malleability of the hardware serves as a load-limiting device, reducing the shearing forces on both the mounting bolt and the surface on which it is mounted. The most common use is for shoulder belts that need to be bolted into a harness bar. You will need the 3 bar slides that come with your shoulder belts.
