The Cobra Seats 'New Low-Profile' alloy side mounts are manufactured from 5 mm high-tensile aluminum for superior quality, fitment, and strength. For use with the latest versions (2019 & 2020) of the Monaco Pro, Imola T, Suzuka T, and Sebring TLP (Std. & GT sizes) competition seats, as well as the Nogaro sport seat achieving the lowest mounting position possible in the vehicle. Cobra Alloy side mounts are newly designed with a lower side saddle for the side grommets to sit in and with the original standard height holes and new lower positioning holes. Principally you can now drop the Imola, Suzuka, and Sebring shell bottoms directly onto the lower mounting flanges of the side mounts. "Low as you can go" and only available through Sube Sports or Sube Sports dealers! FIA Approved. Available in black powder coat with Cobra die-cut vinyl livery. NOTE: Cobra Seats are only approved for usage with Cobra Seats' original side mounts as per FIA Homologation. Use of any other mountings will invalidate the seat's FIA approval and will also invalidate its warranty. Use only the bolts originally supplied with your Cobra Seat. Minimum specification: M8 X 1.25, 12.9 tensile strength. Note: FIA mandates that you must use mounts constructed from a minimum of 3mm steel plate or 5mm aluminum. If you are not using Cobra side mounts then your seat may not be eligible for certain events or sanctioning bodies as the seat is only FIA-approved with the manufacturer mounts. If you are using a proprietary mount from another manufacturer, please consult with your race-sanctioning body before installation. On most mounts, you will find that one set of holes (to the seat) is slotted to allow the changing radius length when adjusting the height and angle of the seat. These slots in the side mounts are designed to be used at the front, thereby placing the majority of the load from the seat on the back holes, which are holes with less tolerance and therefore capable of higher loads.
