OMP spare cheek pads for the OMP Grand Prix helmet. Additional cheek pads for preferred fitment to the contour of the driver's cheeks to either increase or decrease pressure. Original cheek pads fitted in the helmet come from the factory corresponding to the size of the helmet. I.E. Medium cheek pads are the OE pad in a Medium size helmet. To decrease pressure on the cheeks, replace with Large cheek pads, and to increase the pressure on the cheeks, replace with Small pads. The part number refers to a set of left and right cheek pads.
