Alpinestars Bionic Rib Protector, new for 2013, is a high-performance, lightweight, ergonomically constructed guard for the ribs and kidneys, the Bionic Rib Support incorporates intelligent adjustment features to offer kart drivers a supremely comfortable, customized and supporting fit.

The Alpinestars Bionic Rib Protector is constructed of fiberglass for impact energy dispersion and lined with Dual density laminated padding incorporating 3mm high density padding for improved comfort and laminated with 4mm impact absoprtion EVA foam for effective impact protection. Fully elasticized front strap with snap closure for secure support and comfort and adjustable shoulder straps in soft 3D mesh with additional Velcro rear adjustment and size refinement all make this the premier Rib Protector for karting today. Available in black/red or black/yellow fluo color combinations. Sizes: Adult S/L & XL/3XL, and Youth OS (one size fits all).
